Kenneth J. Rotondo
Ken Rotondo has practiced small animal veterinary medicine in the Capital Region of New York State for twenty-nine years. He is presently the owner and Hospital Director of the Animal Health Center located in Clifton Park, New York. As a member of the veterinary profession, Dr. Rotondo has been very active serving on many boards within the local and national veterinary organizations. He served for eight years on the Veterinary College Advisory Council at Cornell University.

Dr. Rotondo holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Cornell University. After years of concentration on veterinary practice management, Ken pursued and received a Masters of Business Administration from Rensselaer- Polytechnic Institute while running four veterinary hospitals in the Capital Region.

Dr. Rotondo has numerous business interests and investments outside veterinary medicine, including commercial real estate holding, computer hardware and software development, and Culligan Water Treatment Franchises.

James B. Quinn, Jr
Jim Quinn received his BA in Business Administration from Buffalo University and his MBA from Union University. For 12 years held senior executive positions in the Capital Region auto industry. In 1994 he founded Adirondack Diagnostic Imaging, a nationally recognized medical imaging and diagnostic practice committed to exceptional diagnostic and client services.

Jim's expertise is in strategic planning, marketing, and analytical financial planning brings a unique and competitive perspective to the Provident Development Group. Jim is one of the founding partners of PDG.

Christopher O. Bast
Chris Bast is the principal owner of Bast Hatfield Inc, the Capital Region's largest and most successful construction company. Chris received a BS Degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and a Masters degree in Engineering from Ohio State University.
